Ritu Panesar is the founder and president of Travelopod, a company shaped by her belief that travelers need a partner, not just a platform. Over two decades in the travel industry, she has grown from guiding clients through international flight planning to designing bespoke luxury travel itineraries. With every client, her goal is the same: to offer seamless moments, deep connections, and lasting memories, all while protecting their most valuable asset, time.

Her path into travel planning began with a moment of personal frustration while navigating a long-haul flight with her 9-month-old child. At nearly every step, even simple details became obstacles, from finding a good flight price to securing a bassinet. This lack of guidance and support revealed a gap in the industry, one that Ritu set out to address with the creation of Travelopod.

What started as a mission to simplify long-distance flights has since evolved into a concierge-level advisory, one that blends practical expertise, firsthand destination knowledge, and a global network of partners to create journeys that go beyond the expected.
